PTSD Resolution - a new approach to trauma symptoms

HOW WE WORK

Resolution is a managed PTSD treatment service that uses a network of therapists around the UK all trained in HG Therapy for Trauma, a humane exposure therapy which is starting to find favour in a number of NHS settings but which is not generally available on the NHS.

Anyone who has spent one day serving in the armed forces, or in an auxiliary role in a UK military conflict, is currently eligible for treatment by Resolution.

Sufferers or their carers can ring us direct on 0845 021 7873 - there is no need for a medical referral - we will scale the symptoms and arrange treatment. At present there is no up-front charge to patients, but if they benefit from the treatment they are asked to pay what they can towards the charity's costs.

It will cost us about £500 for each case. We manage cases from initial contact to final follow up.
